The Website serves informational and promotional purposes for the Gulliveru project, a marketplace platform for geolocated multimedia audio guides currently under development as part of the NextGenGuides project (PR Calabria FESR-FSE 2021/2027 – Action 1.1.1).

Currently the Website offers:

• Information about the project and planned features
• The ability to sign up for a pre-launch waitlist

3. Waitlist

Signing up for the waitlist is free and non-binding. Registration does not guarantee access to the platform nor does it constitute a service agreement. Users may request removal from the waitlist at any time by writing to privacy@smartlyeng.com.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design and source code — is the property of Smartly Engineering S.r.l. or its respective owners and is protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of any content without written authorisation from the owner is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided "as is". Smartly Engineering S.r.l. does not guarantee:
